Sigma Capacitors is a leading manufacturer of MPP - AC capacitors since 1992 with strong patronage from our esteemed customers because of consistent Quality and service.The company was started by Mr. Anupam Deva and is based in the holy city of Varanasi(U.P.) which also happens to be the constituency of our Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi , and a rapidly emerging industrial hub.

We manufacture a variety of metallised polypropylene film capacitors mainly for AC voltage applications. Our consistently high quality & timely supplies at competitive rates have ensured regular orders from very reputed OEMs for different kinds of fan, monoblock, jet and other kinds of water lifting pumps, luminaire appliances and power filtering applications. Our major customers are reputed manufacturers like CINNI fans, TULLU pumps, KITTY fans, RAVI fans, ALMONARD, USHA, NTPC and a number of other leading fan and pump manufacturers.

We are manufacturing the entire range of running capacitors from 1.0 MFD to 100.0 MFD, 440VAC, as well as capacitors for lighting application in 250 VAC. We also manufacture Motor Start Capacitors, KVAR capacitors for power factor improvement, dual capacitors for Acs and washing machine and special sizes against order.

We specialise in the manufacture of Fan Capacitors with innovative in house developments in process to produce capacitors with longer life.

Our capacitors are manufactured using electronic grade metallised films with one of the best quality of imported dielectric. Our manufacturing facilities include a dust free and low humidity air conditioned production environment, fully automatic winding machines for precision and good quality winding, use of superior arc - spray technology for end spraying, temperature controlled ovens for thermal treatment and a complete array of testing equipment. Each capacitor is subjected to stringent tests before it is accepted and dispatched to the customer. We maintain history cards for each process parameter for every batch of capacitor. The batch number is marked on every single piece of capacitor sold to ensure quality feedback from the field.

We were certified ISO - 9002 in the year 2001 and later been upgraded as an ISO - 9001 : 2015 company, which is a strong endorsement of our Quality systems. Our capacitors have also been tested and approved by NTH (National Test House) as per IS 1709:1984 for fan capacitors.
